Mainly I look after the finances and collect the collecting boxes from around the island and sell things like badges and wrist bands and raffle tickets. So we can be here there and everywhere sometimes – running around like a lunatic. I had to count all the money we raised at the carnival earlier in the year and then bank it but I don’t mind because it is for such a worthy cause. I enjoy doing it and it has helped to get us where we are today. As a charity we have to make sure all the accounts are put in at the end of each month and every penny is accounted for. When this all started, none of us realised how far we would get so quickly, so it is very rewarding.
